I know I’m still not better by the amount being around unfamiliar people stresses me out. I am sitting here the most uncomfortable I remember being in a long time. I am having to do breathing exercises to stop myself from grinding my teeth and crying. My heart is beating so fast I feel like I might be sick. I just want to disappear. I want to know nobody except like 2 people. I want to start all over again.
We’re petsitting this weekend. My wife might enjoy it too much.
